Mechanical Contract Engineer – Building Services

My client is a public sector business that is responsible for mechanical and electrical services throughout West Sussex. They are looking for a Mechanical Contract Engineer to manage sub-contractors, provide technical advice and work closely with both consultants and surveyors

This is suitable for a Project Manager, Contract Manager, Building Services Engineer or Mechanical Engineer who is comfortable in a client-facing role and possesses excellent mechanical building services knowledge

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering qualifications such as a degree, diploma, HNC, HND, apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience in managing heating, plumbing, air conditioning, pipe-work or refrigeration installations
• Experience in managing mechanical building services contracts
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Competent IT skills
