My client are a leading electromechanical services provider for rotating equipment. I am looking for a driven and highly skilled HR professional who has specialist skills and management qualities to help the company move forward into the future.
This job will suit an HR Manager looking for a fresh challenge or someone looking to make the next step into HR management.
The Role
- Manage recruitment, advertisement, scheduling interviews liaising with recruitment agency’s
- Manage & Provide HR guidance to Directors & Management in all HR-related procedures & decisions
- Assist with Monthly payroll & P11D & P60’S & any other Ad-Hoc reporting
- Monitor & Manage staff holiday, attendance & time-keeping
- Manage all contracts & New starter packs etc
- Ensure records are kept up to date with GDPR legislations
You
- Strong HR background
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- Have recruitment experience
- Sage 50 Payroll experience
