Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor – South

My client is a major commercial estate agent and property adviser with more than 100 staff across several offices working with owners and developers from private companies, PLCs, to public sector bodies.

Role

  • All aspects of commercial Building Surveying
  • Carrying out surveys, creating schedules, contract administration, project management, and dilapidations.
  • Flexible working arrangements available, including part-time and remote working

You

  • Organised, and self-motivated without the need for direct management
  • Ideally a Chartered Surveyor or Associate on the path to becoming Chartered.
  • Be a confident business developer with existing and new clients
  • Expert knowledge of commercial property surveying, project management

Package

  • Salary depending on experience up to £70K + bonus
  • Range of flexible benefits
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
