Head of Care – Residential Care Home

£29,000 per annum

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer to work as the Head of Care within a highly regarded, small care home in Hitchin.

The home has been rated good by the CQC and has an excellent reputation within the local area.

As the Head of Care you will be required to support the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home. Your role will include:

  • Supporting and leading the care team within the home
  • Ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the home
  • Care planning
  • Audits
  • & ensuring that CQC and health and safety standards are met throughout the home.

For this role it is essential that you have previous leadership experience within a care home setting.
