I am recruiting for a Customer Service Operative for a manufacturer based in Knutsford, Cheshire. This is a great opportunity for someone with Call Centre or Customer Service experience looking to join an ever growing company.
The Role
  • Deal with Clients Emails & Phone calls within 24hrs
  • Make sure clients have up to date status for deliveries
  • Co-Ordinate with other areas of the business in regards to the clients needs
  • Make sure all orders are processed accurately and scheduled for delivery.

You
  • Have Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Be able to deal with complaints in challenging situations
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
