AC & Refrigeration Install Engineer | Path Project Manager

Location: Nationwide – South of London desirable

We’re working with a specialist contractor delivering high-end residential climate control solutions across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to take responsibility for the installation, commissioning, servicing and fault finding of specialist wine cellar cooling systems. The equipment is primarily DX split refrigeration systems, with an increasing number of chilled water (H₂O) systems

This is an excellent opportunity for an Air Conditioning or Rerfrigeration Engineer to move to a role offering a direct progression pathway to management.

Requirements
F-Gas Category 1 qualified.
Strong background installing, servicing and fault finding on DX split air conditioning or refrigeration systems.
Experience with refrigerant pipework, pressure testing, evacuation, charging and commissioning.
Chilled water experience beneficial but not essential.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
Happy to travel throughout the UK with regular overnight stays.
Willing to undertake occasional overseas travel (typically 2-3 trips per year).
Full UK Driving Licence.

Package
£40,000-£45,000 (salary negotiable depending on experience).
Home-based role – candidates can be based anywhere, with the South of England preferred.
Company van and fuel card.
Door-to-door travel paid.
Hotels, travel and all expenses covered.
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
Two-week Christmas shutdown in addition to annual leave.
