Account Manager – International Freight Forwarding

Location: Denver, Colorado
Salary: Up to $100,000 base + bonus

An established global freight forwarder is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop key customer relationships across its international logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of customers.

• Identify opportunities to grow accounts across air, ocean, customs and additional logistics services.

• Develop strategic account plans and build relationships with key decision-makers.

• Lead customer business reviews and monitor service performance.

• Work closely with operational teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.

• Proven account management, customer development or commercial experience.

• Strong understanding of international air and ocean freight.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication and commercial skills.
