Location: Manchester
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000pa (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 17:30pm)

My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team based in Manchester. The right candidate will have experience dealing with International Express Courier/Parcel operations, with great customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent customer service.
- Promote the business to new and existing clients to help grow the International Express Courier sector.
- Completing operational administration for clients and suppliers.
- Invoicing out and completing job files.
- Quoting, booking, coordinating, managing & monitoring International Parcel movements from departure to arrival.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is supplied.
- Ensure complaints or issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
- Work within an existing supplier base.
Requirements:
- International Express Parcel/Courier experience.
- Experience working for a UK based Courier/Parcel Delivery Service Provider.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication.
