Accounts Assistant – Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9-5)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in handling company accounts who is looking to take the next step in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Salary: Around £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day cashflow
Using Sage accounting software
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Supporting accounts processes across multiple business areas
Working closely with senior management to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
Strong working knowledge of Sage software
Good understanding of VAT returns and financial processes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of accounts functions and being a key part of keeping the business running smoothly.
