Aftersales Customer Service Manager

After Sales Customer Service Manager – Kings Norton

Salary £35K, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days

To manage after sales service and spare parts supply. A customer service based role, involves visiting customers.

The role

  • A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts
  • Typically office based with occasional customer visits
  • Customer relationship and account management
  • Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
  • Quotes & followup
  • Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time

An innovative designer and manufacturer of automation machinery using in manufacturing sectors such as automotive, food production, logistics.

Requirements

  • Customer service and account management experience
  • Ideally a background in spare parts and after sales service
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Likely to have experience as; after sales manager, customer service manager, spares manager, account manager or similar
