Aftersales Manager
WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
My client is on the search for a Workshop Controller to join the team based in Chudleigh to assist the business moving forward. The company is a multi-site operation involved in sales and repair of equipment with around 100 staff with great progression opportunities.
This role would suit someone who has worked in the car industry as a Service Co-Ordinator/Workshop Co-Ordinator/Aftersales Manager
The Role
- Be the first contact to book in Workshop jobs
- Make sure all Workshop Jobs are scheduled in the systems
- Able to prioritise & Organise workloads.
- Reach out to customers to confirm completion of work
- Assist in generating new business where possible
You
- Confident in using computer systems, with the ability to learn new skills.
- Highly Organised
- Have great attention to detail.
- Great Customer service skills
- Have a good service/workshop background.
