Aftersales Manager

WORKSHOP CONTROLLER

My client is on the search for a Workshop Controller to join the team based in Chudleigh to assist the business moving forward. The company is a multi-site operation involved in sales and repair of equipment with around 100 staff with great progression opportunities.

This role would suit someone who has worked in the car industry as a Service Co-Ordinator/Workshop Co-Ordinator/Aftersales Manager

The Role

  • Be the first contact to book in Workshop jobs
  • Make sure all Workshop Jobs are scheduled in the systems
  • Able to prioritise & Organise workloads.
  • Reach out to customers to confirm completion of work
  • Assist in generating new business where possible

You

  • Confident in using computer systems, with the ability to learn new skills.
  • Highly Organised
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Great Customer service skills
  • Have a good service/workshop background.
