Air and Ocean Freight Supervisor – £33K- £37K – Heathrow – Part Remote Working

Air and Sea Import Supervisor required for a global Freight Forwarding companies Heathrow site.
This role has come about because of an internal promotion and shows how the company will always look to promote from within where possible.

Package:
- Salary up to £45K gross pa
- 60% Office based and 40% Working from Home!
- Target driven bonus scheme
- Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Starting holiday 20 days (rising with service) per annum + Bank Holidays

The Role:
Air and Sea Freight start to finish. Support the Manager with supervising a team of 5 operators.
To deliver outstanding customer service while working on the import and export needs of the customer. This involves great customer service skills over the phone and via email and lots of IT based tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
