Up to £35,000 + 5% bonus – Hybrid (1 WFH day) – 23 + 8 days holiday (1 extra per year of service)

What You’ll Do

• Support air and sea freight sales by providing quotes, pricing strategies and commercial insight to customers and agents.

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their freight requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

• Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable service offerings.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and customer communications.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related internal sales support role.

• Solid commercial awareness and pricing understanding (air + sea freight preferred).

• Excellent communicator with a proactive and customer‑focused approach.

• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment and can contribute to growth.
