Air and Sea Freight Coordinator
Air and Sea Freight Coordinator- Up to £32,000 – Winchester
An Operations Coordinator is required for a multi-site, global Logistics company based in Winchester.
The Operations Coordinator MUST have experience in Air and sea Freight handling the start-to-finish process including customs.
Package:
Salary: Up to £28,000 – £32,000
25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and public holidays

The Role:
Manage the day-to-day bookings of worldwide Air and sea freight shipments
Invoice jobs on completion
Extensive supplier liaison and negotiation
Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service status information
Raising job files and all of the appropriate paperwork
Process the jobs utilising the in-house software system
Customs entries for all imported goods
Requirements:
Air Freight & Sea Freight experience essential
Customs entries experience essential
Software knowledge – Netfreight or similar
