We’re partnering with a well-established global logistics organisation to recruit an Air & Sea Export Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with freight forwarding experience who wants to join a stable, growing business with genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air and sea export shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods

• Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs requirements, and carrier liaison

• Communicate with customers, overseas offices, and suppliers to ensure service excellence

• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in forwarding systems

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in air and/or sea export freight forwarding

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms (preferred)
