Air Conditioning Service Engineer
£34,000 – £55,000 DOE

An established HVAC contractor is looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join its expanding Service & Maintenance team. The business delivers planned preventative maintenance, reactive fault finding and repair works across commercial and domestic air conditioning and ventilation systems.

This is a field-based role working on split, multi-split, VRF and associated ventilation equipment, with engineers responsible for servicing, diagnostics, quoted repairs and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements
F-Gas certification
Full UK driving licence
Experience servicing and maintaining split, multi-split and VRF systems
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Ability to complete digital service reports and documentation accurately
Right to work in the UK

Package
£34,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
Door-to-door travel paid
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Annual performance bonus

Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-in-4 call-out rota
