HVAC Project Manager (Office based)
Office-based HVAC Project Manager required for a design and build contractor who has a long-standing reputation for quality. This is an office-based position that requires experience of air-conditioning design, surveys, quoting and running projects. Plumbing and controls and ventilation and mechanical knowledge is also very useful but not essential and not enough without the air conditioning knowledge and experience of VRV / Split systems
Package:
- Salary £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
- Office based with hybrid working option
- Net profit bonus
- 33 days holiday
Requirements:
- Formal engineering qualifications – diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or similar
- Excellent knowledge of air conditioning
- Knowledge of mechanical installations
- Decent knowledge of heating and ventilation
- Have a decent knowledge of controls, plumbing and electrical installations
- Design or AutoCad experience would be useful but not essential
- Able to produce and work with RAMS
- Able to cost control a project (ordering, keeping track of extras, invoicing, negotiating, etc)
- Able to produce O&M Manuals
