Air Handling Sales Manager

As the Air Conditioning and AHU Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for air conditioning and AHU packages. You will lead, identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

This is suitable for a salesperson with excellent knowledge of air handling and air conditioning equipment, who have existing contacts with M&E contractors and end users

Package:

• £45,000 to £55,000
• 20% bonus
• £6000 car allowance
• 33 days holiday
• 8% pension

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt the sales strategy accordingly
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record in sales within the HVAC industry, with a focus on air conditioning and air handling systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Sound technical understanding of air conditioning and AHU systems is preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Willingness to travel as required
