Air Export Coordinator – Heathrow – £42k
Are you an experienced airfreight professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting for a proactive and enthusiastic Air Export Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team based at Heathrow.
What you’ll be doing
Managing export air shipments from start to finish, including inland transport and documentation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, overseas partners, suppliers and clients
Preparing AWB’s, export documentation, costings and operational reports
Delivering excellent customer service with a “customer-first” mind set
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in airfreight exports
Knowledge of UK customs clearance processes for both exports
