Air Export Coordinator – Guildford – Up to £30,000

Our client, who are a UK based multimodal freight forwarder specialising in Complex Shipments across Sea, Road, and Air are looking for an Air export Coordinator, who specialises in all things air freight from start to finish.

This role will be based at their operation in Guildford.

Job Type – Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Salary: £30,000 (Dependant on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the importation & Exportation of goods via Air freight.
• As an Air Freight Coordinator, you will deal with all aspects of Imports & Exports across Air freight, managing the entire life cycle of the sea freight import process.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of Import & Export activities

Requirements:

• Experience with Air Freight Imports would be highly advantageous
• This is a fully operational role dealing with all aspects of the freight forwarding cycle, so start to finish process experience is essential.
• Industry & Operational knowledge of Import/export and Cross-trade
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software.
• Must have 2/3 Years’ experience with a UK based freight forwarder.
• Experience with Importation of goods via Air, Sea or Road is an essential requirement for this role.
• AOG industry Experience Would be highly advantageous
