Air Export Supervisor
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Export Supervisor located in Hayes. The Air Export Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and communicating with clients
You’re main responsibility would be to oversee the operational team providing them with what they require to meet customers’ needs and requirements. You will also provide assistance to the Assistant Manager with month-end and reporting tasks.
Package:
- Salary up to £40,000
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension auto enrollment 5% employer / 4% employee

Day-to-day
- Oversee the operational Team
- Oversee Staff workload and cover operations when required.
- Raising and updating SOPs & Customer Profiles
- Delegating tasks to the operational team
- Communicating with the team, other departments and branches
- Dealing with customer queries
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Any other reasonable task requested by management team
Qualifications
- Previous experience of Supervisory role within the freight forwarding industry
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Excel, Word.
- Preferred but not essential: AS400, Outlook and ASM Sequoia
- Be able to work accurately with good attention to detail.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Understand requirements and operational procedures and be able to Identify areas that require Improvement/change/update.
