Salary: $70,000 + annual performance bonus

A leading global freight forwarder is seeking an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to join its growing San Francisco operations team. This is an opportunity to work with a market-leading international logistics provider, managing time-critical air freight shipments for a diverse portfolio of customers across global trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air import and export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, trucking providers, customs brokers, and customers.
• Prepare and review air freight documentation, including AWBs and customs-related paperwork.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve service issues.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, IATA, and company procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in air freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of air import and export operations.
• Experience using freight forwarding and transportation management systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
