Air Freight Export Operator
Air Freight Export Coordinator – Feltham, London – Up to £35,000
Job Type: Full Time Monday – Friday
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Amazing company benefits
From You:
- At least 2 years air export experience including time spent on Aerospace including AOG.
- Strong understanding of Aerospace movements and related processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and strengthen partnerships.
- Proficiency in utilising in-house operating systems and financial processes.
The Role:
- Develop and continuously review operating processes to execute Aerospace movements.
- Strengthen the network of overseas partners to support service delivery, maintaining relations through regular communication and review meetings.
- Ensure correct utilisation of in-house operating systems for executing shipments, including a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Deliver excellent customer care and manage client expectations effectively.
- Support the team with general export workload as required.
- Assist with customer requirements outside of normal business hours based on any pre-agreed shift pattern.
- Ensure compliance with UK and international regulatory bodies to guarantee full compliance in all actions.
- Utilise negotiation skills, adhere to contracts, and apply commercial awareness to protect the company’s best interests.
- Prioritise workload and time as agreed with the department manager and supervisor.
- Support the development and implementation of all new opportunities generated.
