Daily Tasks

• Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking through to delivery
• Prepare and process export documentation (MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export controls
• Liaise with airlines, handling agents, hauliers, and overseas offices/partners
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Track and monitor shipments, updating clients proactively on progress or delays
• Coordinate collections and deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met
• Handle invoicing, billing, and cost control for export shipments
• Support continuous improvement in operational processes and efficiency

About You

• Strong experience in Air Freight Exports (ideally Heathrow-based operations)
• Solid knowledge of export documentation, customs, and regulations
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
