A well-established and highly respected international freight forwarding and logistics organisation is looking to recruit an Air Freight Operations Coordinator (Export) to join its growing, friendly team based in Bridgend.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with air freight or freight forwarding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and wants to be part of a supportive team with strong industry expertise.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in freight forwarding or air freight operations

• Has a good understanding of export processes and documentation

• Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple shipments

• Communicates confidently with customers and partners

• Works well within a small team environment

• Is proactive and keen to develop within the logistics sector

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
