Are you an experienced Air Export Coordinator looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced logistics environment? Main Duties:
- Manage air export shipments, ensuring they are coordinated, tracked, and delivered on time
- Handle shipping documentation in line with international regulations
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any issues
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal teams
- Work closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Deliver top-tier customer service, addressing queries and resolving shipment-related concerns
- Optimise export processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
- Experience in air export coordination or a similar logistics role
- Knowledge of air freight operations and international shipping regulations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management platforms
- Understanding of customs regulations and export compliance (a plus)
