Air Freight Operator – Import and Export
Location: Dagenham (Office Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: Competitive – Dependent on Experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Freight Operator (Import & Export) to join a well-established and growing freight forwarding business based in Dagenham. This is a full-time, office-based position offering long-term stability and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling air freight import and export shipments end-to-end
- Liaising with customers and overseas agents
- Arranging consignments and coordinating bookings
- Raising and processing all relevant documentation
- Updating internal systems and tracking shipments
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in air freight (import/export)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
