Air Freight Operator – Pharma & Healthcare

Location: Tyrol, Austria
Salary: Up to €4,000 gross per month

The Opportunity

You will play an important role in coordinating international air freight shipments, supporting customers and ensuring that time-critical and specialist pharmaceutical cargo is handled to the highest standards.

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise within a business that places real importance on service quality, long-term customer relationships and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight shipments from initial booking through to final delivery.

• Manage import and export shipments, ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.

• Handle pharmaceutical and healthcare shipments in line with relevant industry standards and procedures.

• Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, agents, customers and transport partners.

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues.

• Prepare and manage relevant shipping documentation.

• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal departments.

• Ensure a consistently high level of operational service and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within air freight operations.

• Experience handling pharmaceutical and/or healthcare shipments is essential.

• Understanding of international air freight procedures and documentation.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments.

• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
