This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a global freight forwarder as an Air Imports Operator in Hounslow.
Hours and Pay – Air Imports Operator
- Monday – Friday
- 0830 – 1730
- After 3 months training a 60/40 home working policy will apply.
- Salary £30k gross pa
- Target driven bonus scheme
- Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Starting holiday 20 days per annum + Bank Holidays
- Salary sacrifice pension scheme (Company contribution 7.5%)

Job Role
- Effectively manage all procedures involved with air imports
- Customs entries – extensive experience and knowledge required
- Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders
- Generate leads and grow the existing client base
- IT proficient, ideally to include Cargowise 1
- Educated to a minimum GCSE standard including maths and English
- Minimum 5 years’ sector experience
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of air import procedures
- Excellent communication and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality, on-time work
