Are you an experienced Heating Engineer looking to step into the renewable energy sector – with real progression opportunities? A global leader in sustainable energy is seeking an Air Source Heat Pump Installation Engineer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality installations across Central England – covering the Midlands and down.

This is a unique chance to join at the ground floor: as their first in-house engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the business, shape how we deliver projects, and develop into a leadership role as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission air source heat pumps in residential and light commercial properties

• Carry out associated plumbing, heating, and electrical work as required

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations

• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Air Source Heat Pump system installations

• Relevant qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating, F-Gas, or equivalent

• Knowledge of heating system design, wiring, and controls

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Central England

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Package:

• Salary £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience

• Bonus

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

• Company van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided
