AOG Agent – 4 on, 4 off – Feltham

Our client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AOG Agent to manage high-priority and time-sensitive logistics operations. This role demands a high level of accuracy, urgency, and communication to ensure seamless execution of urgent shipments and air export activities.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 | 4 on, 4 off

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage urgent, high-pressure shipments to minimize downtime.
• Quickly identify service disruptions and provide timely, alternative solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, airlines, and trucking providers.
• Conduct regular vendor evaluations, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal operational standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Continuously analyze and improve process flows for enhanced efficiency
• Receive, process, and route shipments according to customer and compliance requirements.
• Oversee freight intake and preparation to support accurate and timely dispatch
• Track shipments in transit, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer experience.

Experience required:

• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship is on offer)
• Experience in the handling of AOG, CLS, or Air Export movements
• Good market and product knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
• Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
