This Area Manager opportunity is with a family owned provider who have been providing the highest quality care and grow steadily over the last few years. They pride themselves on meeting every individuals needs in a warm, homely and friendly environment. This provider has grown to around 35 homes with plans to expand and is considered within the top 20 providers of care in the UK.

The Area Manager package includes:
– £70,000 per annum
– Performance Bonus
– 30 days annual leave allowance
– Paid NMC registration
– Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan
– Support with Nurse revalidation
– Workplace Pension
– Recommend a friend paid scheme
