BMS Controls Manager – Hybrid
I’m working with a HVAC business that has a reputation as one of the leading manufacturers in air conditioning, air handling equipment and chilled water systems. They are looking to bring on a Controls Project Manager to oversee commissioning and maintenance projects involving BMS and associated controls
This is suitable for project managers, maintenance managers, service managers, commissioning managers and senior BMS engineer or controls engineers with experience of delivering BMS projects
Requirements:
Degree or diploma qualified in an engineering discipline including electrical, software or commissioning
Experience with BMS / controls
Previous use of JobLogic would be beneficial but not essential
Used to working remotely, carrying out maintenance on building management control systems
Package:
Total package value approximately £76,000 broken as:
Salary around £60,000 depending on experience
Up to £10,000 bonus based on profitability and sales invoicing
Tesla or £6000 car allowance
3 days remote, 2 days in the office
33 days holiday
8% pension
