Branch Manager – Competitive Salary – West Bromwich – Fastener Experience Needed!
Branch Manager with a strong commercial / sales background required to join a leading distribution company, overseeing sales, purchasing and the warehouse.
The successful Branch Manager will have previously worked as a Sales Manager / BDM / Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager / Sales Engineer previously and will have experience working in the fastener / Bolt / precision engineering industry.

Main Duties:
- Overseeing purchasing, sales and the warehouse facility on site
- Driving company sales and revenue streams
- Liaising with customers, with occasional site visits
- Line-managing a team of 10 people across two facilities
Requirements:
- Must have a background in the fixings and fastener industry or similar
- Must have a strong commercial background, ideally with experience of business development and account management
- Must have experience managing people
- Must be commutable to West Bromwich
