A leading global logistics provider is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow its Road division in Atlanta. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and commercial growth.

The Role

You will oversee daily branch operations while managing full P&L responsibility. Leading a team of operational and sales professionals, you’ll focus on expanding market presence, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the freight and logistics space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations and sales professionals

• Manage branch performance, including revenue growth and cost control

• Drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring service excellence

• Analyse performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in transportation brokerage or 3PL

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and P&L

• Strong knowledge of LTL, Truckload, and drayage operations

• Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
