Building Services Engineer

My client is a public sector business that is responsible for mechanical and electrical services throughout West Sussex. They are looking for a Building Services Engineer to manage sub-contractors, provide technical advice and work closely with both consultants and surveyors

This is suitable for a Facilities Engineer, Project Manager, Contract Manager, Building Services Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrician, Plumber or HVAC Engineer who is comfortable in a client-facing role and possesses excellent mechanical building services knowledge

Requirements:

• Mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications such as a degree, diploma, HNC, HND, apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience in managing electrical, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, pipe-work or refrigeration installations
• Experience in managing mechanical or electrical building services contracts
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Competent IT skills

Package:

• Salary £47,000
• Holiday starting at 26 days, increasing to 32, plus bank holidays
