If you are currently in a boring telesales position and would like a more varied internal sales position rather than constant dialling and rejection, then this role will be ideal for you.

Role

• Purpose: Identify job vacancies with new and existing clients, to achieve new vacancy target
• Proactive outbound sales activities via email outreach and phone
• Write and post job adverts
• Screen applications
• Interview candidates
• Send CVs to clients

You

• Desire for sales, target hitting, earning commission.
• Smart
• Super confident communicator
• Great at research
• Ideal background is internal sales executive, telesales, business development manager, account manager or customer service related roles.

Package

• Salary to £25K, 25 days holiday
• High commission, Genuine 1st year highly achievable OTE £31K, 2nd year OTE £35K
