Position: Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding

Location: Leeds (Flexible: Office, Home, & Field-based)

Salary: up to £35,000 + bonuses

Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 17:00pm

Whether you’ve got experience in internal freight sales, freight operations, field-based business development, or account management for air, ocean, or road freight, we want you to take the wheel!

The role:

• Work closely with our Business Development Manager to help drive business growth and retention.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
• Cultivate and manage key client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Be the face of the company in the field, building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers across air, ocean, and road freight.
• Meet and exceed sales targets (and celebrate those wins, because we’re all about success!).

What we’re looking for:

• A dynamic, motivated sales minded freight professional
• A background in internal freight sales, field-based business development, or freight operations/account management (bonus points for air, ocean, or road freight experience).
