What you’ll do

• Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Respond to inbound enquiries and create tailored quotations.

• Arrange and lead productive client meetings to understand and deliver their logistical needs.

• Drive marketing initiatives across social media platforms to generate interest and leads.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales and GP targets.

What we’re looking for

• Proven success in Business Development within the freight forwarding industry (2-3 years’ experience minimum).

• Strong background in Air / Road / Sea operations.

• A track record of exceeding monthly GP targets.

• Confident, persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator.

• Self‑motivated, driven, and resilient-able to thrive under pressure and work independently.

• Excellent organisational, administrative, and customer service skills.
