Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a well-established global freight forwarder seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama markets.
The Role
- Develop new business across air and ocean freight services
- Identify and win new shipper accounts within the local and regional market
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong new-business (hunter) mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $100,000
- 10% GP bonus structure
- 15 days PTO, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days (increasing with service)
