Business Development Manager – Hazardous Waste

Location: South West England or Midlands, UK (Field Based)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) + Car + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Are you a motivated, target-focused Business Development Manager seeking a new remote field sales opportunity across the South West of England and West Midlands? This could be the perfect role for you.

My client is offering an attractive package to support business growth and promote their Hazardous Waste services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, proven sales professional with prior experience working for a UK-based Hazardous Waste or Total Waste Management company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads within the commercial hazardous waste sector through proactive outreach
• Arrange and manage client visits, including face-to-face meetings
• Collect and input detailed waste data and service requirements into the CRM system for accurate handling
• Oversee the full customer journey from initial contact to completion

Requirements:

• Waste Management Sales / Business Development Manager Experience
• Field sales experience
• Ability to bring business would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work in a field-based role
