A leading global logistics and supply chain provider is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional with a strong hunter mentality to build strategic customer relationships, develop a robust pipeline, and secure high-value contracts within a fast-paced, growth-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and CRM activity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in International Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Strong B2B sales background with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience engaging and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
