Business Development Manager – Electronics/Displays
I’m recruiting a Business Development to join a supplier of electronic components and custom solutions, covering the North of the UK.
This organisation has close relationships with leading electronics manufacturers and sell into various markets including Defence & Aerospace, Fire & Security, Instrumentation, Industrial, Medical, Telecoms, Transport and POS.
This would suit any ambitious salesperson within the electronics space, experience with displays or HMI systems is preferred but not essential.
The package
- £50,000 base
- 10%-20% of base in additional commission
- £60,000+ OTE
- Car allowance
The Role
- Generation and development of direct business
- Generation and Development of New Business
- Management of existing accounts
- Attend customer meetings
You
- Experience in similar field-based sales role such as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or similar
- Knowledge of the electronics market
- Knowledge of TFT Displays and touch screens, Embedded Solutions, Interconnection and Connector Technology, Thermal Print systems, Fans, Relays, Static protection, Capacitors, Circuit Protection or similar technology is beneficial
- Based in or around the North of the UK
