Business Development Manager – Waste and Recycling
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE) + Car + Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:30pm
Are you a results driven, sales hungry business development manager, looking for a new role in Hampshire? This role could be right for you.
My client is offering a fantastic package to help grow their business and sell their services for Hazardous Waste and Recycling. The right candidate will be an experienced and fully established sales-person who has worked previously for a UK based Waste and Recycling Management Company.
Established and tenacious sales professionals, outside of the Waste industry, local to Salisbury, Southampton, Bournemouth and Portsmouth will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent services for handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste and recyclables.
- To generate and follow up sales leads, visiting potential and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable profit.
- Be the forefront of the company’s development by promoting the business to new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Waste Management Sales / Business Development Manager Experience.
- Experience working for a Waste Management company.
- Ability to bring business would be advantageous.
- Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence.
