I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to work for a leading healthcare provider within their small care home in Blackburn.

The home provides high quality, person centred Dementia, Physical Disability and Mental Health care for 25 residents. They have been rated good in all 5 areas and have an excellent reputation within the local area.

As the Home Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
• Liaising with local authorities, CQC
• Care planning, assessments and reviews
• Audits and budget management

You should have previous experience of leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC and good knowledge of care home finances/ budgeting as well as previous experience providing Dementia, mental health and physical disability care.
