I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a 17 bedded, Mental Health service in Streatham. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality care standards that the Home pride themselves on; you will lead an enthusiastic team of care staff, harbouring a safe and nurturing environment for both residents and employees.
The Home Manager package includes:
- Social hours (8am-5pm)
- 28 days paid holiday per annum

Requirements:
- CQC registration as a Manager for a Care Home or relevant qualification
- At least 2 years experience managing a Care Home, ideally Mental Health
- Secure knowledge of regulations
- Up-to-date with industry advancements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
