I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior Nurse to work as a Care Manager for an established, family run care provider within their modern, purpose built nursing home in Bromley..
The home provides specialist general nursing and Dementia care for 50 residents, they have been rated good in all areas consistently by the CQC and have an excellent reputation within the local area.
As the Care Manager your role will be supernumerary (8am-5pm) with some flexibility. You will work alongside the management team to support the multi-discipliniary staff team and ensure that person-centred care is delivered throughout the home.
Essential Care Manager requirements:
- RGN qualified with an active UK NMC PIN
- Leadership/ management experience within a care home setting
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Good knowledge of the CQC, NMC and health and safety regulations
