I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a fantastic, 40 bedded home in Birmingham. The home prides themselves on their high-standard of care and luxury facilities, including a cinema and wellness salon. All staff are dedicated to implementing tailored and effective care plans to all residents, ensuring they are supported with their individual needs by providing engaging activities and round-the-clock care.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with health care teams to create and implement care plans for residents
