I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work for a leading care provider within their highly regarded nursing home in Southampton.

The home provides Nursing, Dementia, Palliative and Respite care.

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, your duties will include:

  • Leading the multi-discipliniary staff team
  • Ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the home
  • Supporting the manager in the day-to-day management of the home
  • Ensuring KPIs and compliance targets are met
  • Managing and administering medication

and more.
