Commissioning and Quality Engineer – Machinery
I’m recruiting a Commissioning and Quality Engineer to join a well established manufacturer of machinery in the Hook area. This role is with a leading company providing solutions for construction and academic sectors.
This company is well established and stable, having had success even during the pandemic, my client continues to grow and innovate following almost 50 years of doing business. Internal promotion and training opportunities are promoted company-wide.
May have previous experience as a commissioning engineer, quality engineer, production engineer, manufacturing engineer, quality inspector, fitter or similar.
The Role
- Commission products within required dates and to the highest quality standards.
- Carry out initial testing alongside commissioning on designated products.
- Ensure all build procedures are followed
- System assembly and QA testing
- Recording and updating of documentation
You
- Experience or qualification within electronic or mechanical engineering
- The ability to work with electronic/electrical components and systems
- Previous experience or general knowledge of sensors, transducers and electro-mechanical systems would be an advantage
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Able to road and interpret engineering drawings
Package
- £27,000 base
- Bonus up to £2000
- £75 well being voucher
